No swing shifts! Our 2-2-3 day shift (6am-6pm) pays $17.00/hr and up to $31.00/hr.

Basic Job Duties

• Set up, operate, or tend equipment that may perform various functions such as rewinding, slitting, banding, blowing, wrapping, packing, or stacking. Responsibilities vary depending on the division and work center.
• Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE requirements.
• Operate machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Produce and package products according to specifications.
• Identify and respond to production issues (raw material shortages, out-of-spec materials, quality concerns).
• Perform quality checks and take corrective actions as needed.
• Set up machines and perform change-overs.
• Make adjustments using basic hand tools.

About You

• Prior machine operation experience in an individual or team setting.
• Self-motivated, proactive, with a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (climb, bend, etc.).
• Good communication skills and adaptability to varying work conditions.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and fitness tests.
• Desire to be challenged and continuous learner.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Value positive teamwork.
• Willingness to be trained and assist others.
