Responsibilities

• Availability to work 2nd shift 3pm-11pm or 3rd shift 11pm-7am
• Work as part of a team to increase productivity and reduce downtime and waste
• Receive and follow directions from the Operator and/or Supervisor
• Assist machine operator to set up orders, mount printing and cutting dies, adjust inks, and ensure quality checks before, during and after completion of each order
• Inspect machine during run and notify Operator when acceptable parts are not being produced
• Assist in cleanup of equipment
• Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures
• Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED
• Passionate about maintaining a safe work environment
• Ability to stack parts up to 30 lbs for a period of up to 12 hours
• Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel
• Ability to share ideas with others to solve problems of essential importance

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting salary for position: $24.59 per hour
• Bonus: Annual – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics
• Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year
• Paid Holidays after 90 days
