Role Impact & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, good communication skills, experience in a manufacturing environment, and a desire to succeed and advance.

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely, follow instructions, and perform assigned duties.
• Work safely, comply with safety rules, lift/push/pull >50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, kneel throughout shift.
• Read tape measures (to 1/16”), perform basic math, some computer skills.
• Mechanical aptitude & troubleshooting skills.
• Perform make ready and shutdown procedures.
• Understand Quality Inspection Criteria.
• Identify and label products.
• Maintain waste and efficiency standards.
• Inspect equipment and report issues.
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning tasks to ensure a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Good communication skills.
• Preferred: Industrial manufacturing experience.
• Flexible on shift, overtime required.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Minimum Requirements

• Complete drug screen, physical, background check.
• Proof of 18+ years old.
• Available for any shift and overtime, up to 12 hours/day, some Saturdays.
• Lift up to 50#, demonstrate good body mechanics.
• Follow safety instructions around machinery.
