Connect Staffing is seeking a Machine Operator Assistant for a manufacturer that makes outdoor living products in the city of Buena Park, CA.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM. Must be available on Saturdays.

Requirements of a Machine Operator:

• Minimum 6 months of experience working in a warehouse/manufacturer environment
• Must pass E-Verify
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Prior experience in General Labor, Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, Assembly, and Loader is a plus!

Responsibilities of a General Laborer:

• Loading and unloading materials and products, ensuring they are moved safely and efficiently within the facility.
• Assisting machine operators by taking materials off the machine once processed.
• Packing and wrapping finished materials.
• Keeping work areas clean and organized, removing debris, and ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly.
• Inspecting products and components for defects, reporting issues to supervisors, and ensuring quality standards are met.
