Job summary

Westaff is hiring a Machine Operator/Assembly role in Hopkinton, MA. The position involves operating molding equipment, assembling molded parts, and ensuring quality while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

You will read and follow routings and work instructions, perform repetitive motions, and communicate effectively with leads and supervisors. Training and cross-training are available as part of a growing team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend routings, specs and work instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions with small to medium parts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and use proper materials, color codes, and trimming methods.
• Operate molding equipment and trim molded parts with hand tools.
• Clean, mark, paint or identify parts per work instruction.
• Check quality using prescribed procedures and report issues.
