Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is hiring for Assemblers & Machine Operators in Hopkinton, MA. Positions offer multiple shifts: 1st 7:00am-3:30pm, 2nd 3:00pm-11:30pm, 3rd 11:00pm-7:00am, Monday–Friday.

Assemble, trim, and inspect parts using hand tools; operate mold press and related equipment; package and label parts for delivery. Safety gear is required, and candidates must pass a background check and drug test before starting.

Qualifications

• Assemble, trim, and prime parts using hand tools and quick, accurate motions.
• Perform visual inspection and labeling of parts for quality and traceability.
• Pack and prepare parts for shipment according to order specifications.
• Must meet safety requirements and follow PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assemblers: trim, assemble, clean, and prime parts, labeling and packing as needed.
• Machine operators: run mold press, buffer, and assembly equipment, inspect products.
• Complete required paperwork to track orders; maintain accuracy in records.
• Wear steel-toed boots, safety glasses, earplugs, and safety vest as required.
• Background check and drug test required prior to starting.
