Westaff is seeking a motivated CNC Machinist to contribute to our Hopkinton, MA manufacturing team. Training will be provided for CNC milling and other equipment as needed. Applicants should have basic machining exposure and a willingness to learn within a team environment.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and following established procedures while expanding skills across multiple machines in a growing facility.

Qualifications

• Basic machining experience required; training available.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Operate CNC Lathes.
• Operate CNC milling (training provided).
• Basic blueprint reading required.
• Basic understanding of measuring tools: micrometers, calipers.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Computer and technical skills required.
• Willing to cross-train on other machines and work in a team.
