Technical Rubber Company (TRC) in Johnstown, OH is seeking 1st shift Machine Operators for Assembly & Packaging. You will operate various machines to assemble tire repair components, load materials, and ensure quality.)

Position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and willingness to overtime. Training available for forklift certification; ISO procedures followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and reach for extended periods.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or varying shifts.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred but training available.
• Follows safety guidelines and protective device usage.
• Reads ISO documents and work instructions.
• Operates machines with manual, computer, or PLC controls.
• Cross trains on equipment as assigned.
• Rotates breaks and assists on other positions.
• Keeps machines fed and inventory of rolls.
• Labels WIP and finished goods.
• Keeps area clean; suggests safety/quality improvements.
• Communicates machine problems with team.
