Job summary

The operator will document production data, perform basic maintenance, and collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet daily targets in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Operate mill and calendar equipment according to production needs.
• Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Record production data including material usage and output.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following procedures.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Follow SOPs and manufacturing specifications.
• Supply materials to patches and repairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust mill and calendar machinery according to production requirements.
• Monitor equipment performance and make necessary process adjustments.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Measure and record production data, including material usage, output, and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company safety procedures.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to achieve operational goals.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing specifications.
• Supply various departments with necessary materials to make patches and repairs.
• Operated various machines including: clickers, chopper, mills, calendar, slitter, and injection presses.
• Cut Rubber material with trimmers and/or knives.
• Utilize precise measurements to accurately produce required products.
• Pack, box and label material.
