Job summary

Technical Rubber Company (TRC) in Johnstown, OH is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift. Hours are Monday-Thursday 3:30 PM–2:45 AM, with a pay range of $19.30–$25.00 per hour plus a $1.75 shift differential.

The role involves assembling tire repairs and operating multiple machines with ISO documentation following formal procedures. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• Operate machines (TECH 1000, TECH 1001, TECH 3000, SLAM, RO175).
• Operate HMI on machines and read/ follow ISO charts.
• Record labor and inventory in MES system with accuracy.
• Lift, mount, and setup rolls of fabric, rubber, and Mylar on machine spindle.

Responsibilities

• Assemble quality tire repairs (patches) from rubber and fabric by machine or hand.
• Inspect repair quality and ensure patches are properly laid.
• Follow work orders and safety procedures; maintain clean work area.
