Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts in a hot environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel for long periods.

• Flexible to overtime, weekends, or extended shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated and semi-automated machines to manufacture automotive batteries.
• Perform minor assembly tasks as part of machine operation.
• Adjust machine settings, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic operator maintenance.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards and record results.
• Follow all safety, PPE, and production guidelines.
