Job summary

Clarios, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator & Assembler in Winston-Salem to run automated and semi- automated battery production lines. Starting pay is $20.86 per hour with a raise to $21.55 after a 90‑day probation and shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Training starts on the 1st shift. You will operate machinery, perform minor assembly, adjust settings, troubleshoot issues, inspect output, and record quality data.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a hot environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel for long periods.
• Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills.
• Flexible to work overtime, weekends, or extended shifts as needed.
• Commitment to safety and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated and semi-automated machines to manufacture automotive batteries.
• Perform minor assembly tasks as part of machine operation.
• Adjust machine settings, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic operator maintenance.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met; record approved and defective units.
• Follow all safety, PPE, and production guidelines.
