Job Title: Shear and Press Brake Operator

Job purpose

Ensight Solutions is currently seeking a Shear and Press Brake Machine Operator to join our team! We are growing rapidly, and are looking for dedicated, hard-working people seeking career opportunities. Our Machine Operators are an integral part of the team, responsible for forming parts using various types of machinery. Our Machine Operators will be assigned to a specific area, but are always empowered to cross-train in order to learn a variety of different machines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand and follow all company procedures for safety.
• Inspect work pieces to conform to specifications and adjust machine to correct errors.
• Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
• Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
• Maintain the tools used to create products.
• Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred

Specialized Knowledge and Experience

• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, shop floor documentation, customer specifications/diagrams, instructions provided by supervisors/managers.
• Experience is required, the successful candidates must have the mechanical aptitude to manufacture parts with high quality.
