Honeywell Aerospace in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Machine Shop Operator for a 4th shift to lead machining operations, set up CNC/lathes/milling equipment, and monitor processes for efficiency and quality.
The role requires 2+ years in machining, strong leadership, data analysis, and CAD software proficiency. You’ll maintain safety standards, inspect outputs, and optimize production while adhering to quality control principles.
