kdc/one Columbus is hiring a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift to keep production lines running smoothly. You will perform basic adjustments, changeovers, and data entry while supporting maintenance and quality checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (preferred).
• 2+ years of manufacturing or hands-on experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using a computer for data entry and tracking.
• Mechanically inclined; enjoy fixing or troubleshooting equipment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Compliance with GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment running smoothly with basic adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Perform clean-outs, changeovers, and rinses between production runs.
• Enter product details and complete records in the system.
• Assist maintenance with preventative tasks and equipment care.
• Monitor batches for quality and correct labeling.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Support and train teammates; step in for the Line Lead when needed.
