Job Title: Machine Operator (1st & 3rd Shifts - 16 Openings)

Location: Lincoln, NH 03251 (100% Onsite)

Pay rate: Base Pay: $19.19/hr + $4.50/hr Shift Differential for 3rd Shift ($23.69/hr total for 3rd Shift)

Work schedule:

• 1st Shift (4 positions): Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM EST (40.0 hours/week)
• 3rd Shift (12 positions): Monday - Saturday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM EST (Temp-to-Hire)

Overview

The Machine Operator operates manufacturing equipment and machinery, including production presses, braid winders, lathes, and crimping machines to produce standard and customized parts. Based in Lincoln, NH, this position executes typical machine shop tasks by following blueprints, manufacturing drawings, and written specifications. The role is responsible for conducting quality checks, troubleshooting minor product defects, maintaining accurate production and scrap counts, using basic hand tools, and adhering to plant safety, housekeeping, and environmental standards.

Job Specifications

• Set up, operate, and adjust press, braid winding, lathe, or crimping machines according to standard operating procedures and safety protocols
• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly diagrams, manufacturing drawings, and bills of material (BOM)
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure finished products meet precise dimensions, tolerances, and quality specifications
• Identify, document, and report product defects, while troubleshooting basic equipment and quality issues
• Accurately record total parts produced, scrap counts, and operational data in tracking systems
• Utilize hand tools (e.g., hand-held screwdrivers, drill guns) and measuring devices (e.g., tape measures) to perform specialized manufacturing operations
• Maintain workstation product inventory, observe safety guidelines (machine guards, interlocks, safety curtains), and report hazards, accidents, or near-misses to management
• Regularly lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity and physical capability (standing, sitting, stooping, bending, reaching above shoulders up to 25% of shift)
• Basic reading, math, and English communication skills required
• Ability to read and interpret tape measures and precision measuring devices required
• Prior machine operator experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment preferred
• Familiarity with MSDS guidelines and hazardous materials handling preferred
