MACHINE OPERATOR: 3RD SHIFT
STERLING HEIGHTS, MI

Lear Sterling Heights is an injection molding facility. As a member of the operations team, the machine operator will be responsible for maintaining, operating, and checking product quality.

The Role:

Your work will include, but is not limited to:

1. Remove product from machine and inspect according to operator instructions
2. Operate assembly fixtures
3. Pack and label product containers or bins
4. Rework and trim parts
5. Record non-conforming parts
6. Use grinders and weight scales

Your Qualifications:

• Adequate vision to detect non-conforming material
• Strong organizational and housekeeping skills
• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
