Job summary

Remedy Staffing in Madison, WI is seeking Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing team. These temp-to-hire roles include on-the-job training, a 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and $19.00 per hour.

Entry-level candidates and Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply. You will load materials into CNC machines, monitor operations, measure parts with calipers and gauges, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and document production.

Essential Responsibilities

• Load raw materials into CNC machines
• Start, monitor, and operate machine equipment
• Remove finished parts and prepare them for the next production process
• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Verify parts meet blueprint specifications and quality standards
• Monitor critical dimensions and overall product quality
• Change tools and replace inserts as directed
• Deburr parts as needed
• Maintain coolant levels and machine functionality
• Operate multiple machines when required
• Record production quantities and labor time accurately
• Complete inspection documentation and production records
• Report machine issues or quality concerns to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned
