Hire Sync is seeking Production / Machine Operators for a large-scale manufacturing facility that runs around the clock. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with production or general manufacturing experience who can work 12-hour night shifts in a structured environment.

You will read orders, stage work areas, load materials, operate control panels, seal containers, and move items with a forklift while adhering to safety and quality standards. Benefits available after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and understand instructions in English.
• Comfortable working rotating 12-hour night shifts.
• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Steel-toe boots required.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine production requirements.
• Stage work areas and prepare boxes or containers.
• Load and unload materials into production equipment.
• Operate machine control panels and monitor production flow.

• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting as needed.

Shift: Nights, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Schedule: Rotating schedule (2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on / 3 days off). Every other weekend required. Annual schedule provided in advance to support planning and work-life balance.

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
