Position: Machine Operator I (CVP, TSM, Tumbler/Mixer/Vac Cat/Contact Freezer)

Compensation: Hourly, Non-exempt

Qualifications: Positive attitude and teamwork skills. Must complete a pre-employment physical and drug test. Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day. Ability to frequently bend, lift, and twist. Available to work overtime as required.

Job Summary: Responsible for machine setup & operation.

Essential Functions:

• Set up and operate machinery as assigned.
• Ensure machinery is properly set up at the start of the shift.
• Perform maintenance on machinery before and during operation.
• Check machinery temperature, if applicable.
• Operate machinery safely.
• Keep work area clean.
• Communicate concerns to management regarding safety and production.
• Support production demands as needed.

Supervisory Responsibility: No direct supervisory responsibilities.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Entry level.

Other Requirements: None.

Working Conditions: High noise, temperature variations, slippery floors, moving equipment, dust. Use PPE as required.
