Description/Responsibilities

Ecore is excited to welcome a 2nd-shift Machine Operator to join our Molded Products team in Lancaster, PA! Join us in our mission to rid the world of rubber waste!

2nd Shift Hours: 3:00pm-1:00am, Monday- Thursday (overtime as needed)

Salary Range: Starting at $18.00/hour (based on experience) + $.75/shift differential

The Impact You'll Make

  • Safety conscious and carry out work responsibilities in a safe manner
  • Weighing, mixing and filling molds with raw materials
  • Check finished product for defects and gauge product for correct thickness and measurements.
  • Prepping molds for various job
  • Inventory data entry

Essential Experiences

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of machine operating/manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing demands
  • Comfortable with data entry and basic computer skills; experience with ERP systems is preferred
  • Willingness to work overtime to meet operational needs
