2nd shift Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 3am

In business for 30 years, we are a custom metal fabrication and manufacturer with three facilities in the U.S. We provide metal fabrication, laser cutting, metal stamping, powder coating, prototyping and welding. We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Trumpf CNC machines, including laser cutting, punching, and bending equipment.
• Set up machines according to production specifications and blueprints.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine errors or malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize workflow.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience with Trumpf machines TruPunch 2020 and Trumpf TruPunch 3000
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
