Job summary

Flow Dry in Brookville, OH is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to operate production equipment, monitor product quality, and support safe, efficient manufacturing processes. You will follow work instructions and SOPs, load materials, document results, and collaborate with a team focused on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on, entry-level friendly role with growth opportunities. Previous factory experience is preferred but not required; training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Read and follow written instructions and production documentation.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Monitor machines during operation and make minor adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.
• Perform quality inspections and accurately document production results.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Load raw materials and package finished products according to specifications.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
