Workshop Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced 360 Machine Operator (10 Ton Above & Below) to join a busy site in Winchester. The role primarily involves operating the machine, with additional duties on groundworks and general site tasks.

This hands-on position requires precision, reliability and a strong work ethic; you should be able to install a sample chamber and provide two references. Live within reasonable travelling distance of Winchester.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card required for on-site access and safety compliance.
• CPCS or NPORS Plant Operator ticket required to operate machinery.
• EUSR Water Hygiene course completed.
• EUSR Cat 1 & 2 for Cable Avoidance Tools.
• First Aid (minimum 1-day) qualification.
• SCW Medical (Safety Critical Worker) certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 360 Excavator (10 Ton Above & Below).
• Carry out careful and precise excavations and drainage/duct installation.
• Install sample chamber and assist with groundworks and site duties.
• Support the site team, mix materials, and position components safely.
• Carry out general finishing groundworks and assist carpenters when required.

Are you an experienced 360 Machine Operator looking for your next contract Workshop Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Machine Operator (10 Ton Above & Below) to join a busy site in Winchester. While the majority of this role will involve operating the machine, you must also be happy to get off the machine and assist with general groundworks and site duties.

This is a hands-on role that requires precision, reliability, and a strong work ethic, due to the nature of the role you must have the following qualifications. You will be carefully Installing a sample chamber, among other careful product installations, must privide2 x sources of references.

Requirements

• Skilled CSCS Card.
• CPCS or NPORS Plant Operator ticket.
• EUSR Water Hygiene.
• EUSR Cat 1 & 2 (Cable Avoidance Tools).
• First Aid (minimum 1-day course).
• SCW Medical (Safety Critical Worker - Breaking Ground).

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a 360 Excavator (10 Ton Above & Below).
• Carrying out careful and precise excavations.
• Installing sample chamber.
• Drainage installation and duct installation.
• Assisting with shuttering when required (carpenter on site).
• General finishing groundworks.
• Mixing materials and supporting the site team.
• Lifting, shifting, and positioning materials.
• Working safely around plant and maintaining site safety.
• Willingness to get stuck into general site duties between machine work.

About You

• Proven experience operating a 360 Excavator (10 Ton Above & Below).
• Experienced in drainage and finishing groundworks.
• Able to carry out accurate excavation work around services.
• Comfortable working on and off the machine.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
• Physically fit and happy to carry out manual groundwork duties.
• Able to provide two recent work references.
• Live in good travelling distance of Winchester.
