TD Recruitment are recruiting an experienced 360 Sennebogen Operator / Material Handler to join a busy waste management and recycling facility in Gloucester, GL2.

This role involves operating a 360 Sennebogen material handler, loading waste and recyclables into processing equipment, sorting materials, and performing daily plant inspections while adhering to safety procedures. Night shifts Run Sunday to Thursday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, with reliability and punctuality required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a 360 Sennebogen Material Handler.
• Experience in waste management, recycling, aggregates or scrap metal environments.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 360 Sennebogen Material Handler safely and efficiently.
• Load waste and recyclables into shredders, screens, conveyors and processing equipment.
• Load and unload HGVs, walking floor trailers and skips.
• Sort and handle a variety of recyclable materials.
• Feed waste processing machinery to maximise production.
• Carry out daily plant inspections and report defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area.
• Follow all site Health & Safety procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established recycling business operating modern plant and equipment. We are looking for a reliable and experienced operator with previous experience working in the waste, recycling, aggregates or scrap metal industry.

The Role

• Operating a 360 Sennebogen Material Handler with grab attached safely and efficiently.
• Loading waste and recyclable materials into shredders, screens, conveyors and processing equipment.
• Loading and unloading HGVs, walking floor trailers and skips.
• Sorting and handling a variety of recyclable materials.
• Feeding waste processing machinery to maximise production.
• Carrying out daily plant inspections and reporting any defects.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area.
• Following all site Health & Safety procedures.

Requirements
