As a Production worker, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the machining and production processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Troubleshoot machining issues and utilize available resources to resolve problems efficiently

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machining activities, reduce costs, and improve quality

• Assist engineers, planners, and team coordinators in achieving machining and production goals

• Train and mentor team members on programs within the discipline as needed

What's Needed?
