Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global Inc. seeks a Production worker for a West Des Moines, IA facility to support machining and production processes. The 1st shift role emphasizes attention to detail, proactive attitude and teamwork within the Manufacturing Department.

You will operate CNC and manual machining equipment, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement, quality and cost reduction. Training and career growth opportunities exist in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of machining processes and equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
• Minimum of 0 years of experience; training and certifications in related disciplines are a plus.

Responsibilities
