Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC and manual machining equipment with proficiency.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and resolve problems efficiently.
• Promote continuous improvement to enhance machining activities, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Assist engineers, planners, and team coordinators in achieving production goals.
• Train and mentor team members on programs within the discipline as needed.
