Valley Craft Industries in Lake City, MN is seeking a dependable Machine Operator for the 2nd shift to run turret and bending machines, inspect parts, and support production. This role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, a four-day work week, and strong benefits.

Responsabilités

• Operate manufacturing equipment, including turret and bending machines.
• Inspect parts using measuring tools and fixtures.
• Monitor production and adjust machine settings to maintain quality.
• Troubleshoot basic machine and production issues.
• Rotate and support different areas of the shop as needed.
• Follow safety and quality standards.
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed.

Schedule
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
(Flexible start/end times possible; overtime as required)

What You'll Do

• Operate manufacturing equipment, including turret and bending machines
• Inspect parts using measuring tools and fixtures

What We're Looking For

• Continuous standing and movement throughout shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in hot and cold shop conditions
