Job summary

Schaeffler in Danbury, CT is seeking a production operator to operate machines and support production lines. You will prepare machines per work orders and monitor processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, can follow written and verbal instructions in English, and is able to work with complex machinery. Export control compliance requires US Person status.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions write clear communication in English
• Ability to operate complex machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Good visual acuity
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
• This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.
