Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is seeking a Machine Operator to support the production of various products. You will set up machines, program tooling and parameters, monitor operations, and respond to deviations to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role requires operating complex equipment in a manufacturing environment, ability to lift objects, and US work authorization. This is a full-time, on-site position in the US.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; clear communication in English.
• Ability to operate complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Export Control: US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
