Rubadue Wire/Wire Experts Group in Loveland, CO is seeking a Machine Operator to join the Production team. This full-time position operates on the 2nd shift (2pm – 10pm) with a pay rate of $19.00–$22.00 per hour.

You will set up and operate machines, monitor quality, perform routine maintenance, and follow safety rules. The role requires a high school diploma and basic industrial experience, plus mechanical aptitude and a team-oriented, detail-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year direct industrial experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting machines.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a production setting.
• Must be a team player with reliable work ethic.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Follow all safety, conduct and attendance rules.
• Follow work schedules and production sequences to meet goals.
• Enter information into production systems accurately.
• Inspect materials, products and equipment for defects or malfunctions.
• Monitor gauges and indicators to ensure compliance with standards.
• Adhere to specifications, orders and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area per sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Set up and operate machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with the machinery.
• Follow all safety, conduct and attendance rules.
• Follow assigned work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
• Accurately enter information into production systems.
• Inspect materials, products, and/or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operations conform to production or processing standards.
• Consistently follow specifications, job orders, and company policies and procedures.
• Ensure your work area is in compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Required to talk, hear, stand and walk.
• Required to stand on your feet to work for several hours at a time.
• Required to correctly & safely lift, move, sort, place & carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Required to use hands and fingers, to handle or feel, grasp, reach, lift, push and pull.
• Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

The production environment is typical of many indoor manufacturing facilities. This is a “Safety First” facility P.P.E. gear is mandatory with no exceptions. The noise generated within the facility is moderate but sometimes using certain equipment may require hearing protection. Employees frequently work on or around moving and heated equipment sometimes with extreme temperatures.
