Rubadue Wire, Inc. in Loveland, Colorado is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, operate, and monitor production machinery. You will adjust settings, perform routine maintenance, and ensure product quality while adhering to safety rules and production schedules.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of industrial experience, with a focus on detail, teamwork, and reliability. This is a full-time position with 12-hour shifts and competitive pay.

• Follow assigned work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
• Accurately enter information into production systems.
• Inspect materials, products, and/or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operations conform to production or processing standards.
• Consistently follow specifications, job orders, and company policies and procedures.
• Ensure your work area is in compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Required to talk, hear, stand and walk.

• Required to stand on your feet to work for several hours at a time.
• Required to correctly & safely lift, move, sort, place & carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Required to use hands and fingers, to handle or feel, grasp, reach, lift, push and pull.
• Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

The production environment is typical of many indoor manufacturing facilities. This is a “Safety First” facility P.P.E. gear is mandatory with no exceptions. The noise generated within the facility is moderate but sometimes using certain equipment may require hearing protection. Employees frequently work on or around moving and heated equipment sometimes with extreme temperatures.
