Location: 76 Acco Drive, York, PA 17402

We are seeking Machine Operators to join our team. Reporting to our Production Supervisors, you will play a key role in manufacturing our high-performance, upcycled rubber products.

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday through Friday) with occasional overtime on Saturdays

Hours: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay Range: Starting at $18.50/hour and up, based on experience

Shift Differential: $0.75/hour

• Material Handler: operating a forklift and organizing materials
• Reroller Operator: operating machinery that winds and cuts flooring rolls
• Demolder: operating overhead cranes to remove flooring from molds
• Roto Grinder: grinding tires into crumbs
• Peeler Operator: peeling layers from molded flooring
• Die Cutter: cutting shapes out of flooring

Core Responsibilities:

• Prioritize safety for yourself and teammates; stop work if unsafe conditions arise
• Participate in team huddles and stretching at shift start
• Set up machines at the beginning of each shift
• Operate machinery and handle materials following standard procedures
• Take manual measurements to ensure quality
• Participate in training and cross-training activities

Required Experience:

• High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on your area
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
