Description/Responsibilities

We are looking for 2nd Shift, Machine Operators to join our Lancaster, PA team! Reporting to our Production Supervisors, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.

Description/Responsibilities

We are looking for 2nd Shift, Machine Operators to join our Lancaster, PA team! Reporting to our Production Supervisors, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.

2nd Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm, with occasional overtime on Saturdays

Machine Operator Pay Range: starting at $18.00/hour and up, based on experience. Potential increase after 90-day evaluation.

Shift Differential: $0.75/hour

Machine Operator Core Contributions

Safety & Team Coordination:

  • Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
  • Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
  • Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches

Machine Operations

  • Set up machine at the beginning of each shift
  • Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures
  • Take manual measurements to ensure high quality

Training & Cross-Training

  • Participate in regular training sessions
  • Cross-train others to enhance team capabilities

Machine Operator Essential Experiences

  • High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
  • Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area you're assigned
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
