Eaton’s FFD Fluid Filtration Division is seeking a Machine Operator for 2nd shift in Williamsport, MD. The hourly rate starts at $19.00, with hours from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Salaries depend on skills, experience, and market factors.

What You’ll Do:

• Start up and operate plastic extrusion manufacturing equipment.
• Manufacture products such as custom plastic extrusions and ZipMate zippers.
• Set up jobs with proper installation of dies, adapters, breaker plates, and screen packs.
• Inspect final products to ensure quality standards.
• Prepare equipment for next jobs to ensure continuous production.
• Maintain workspace cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Reside within 50 miles of Williamsport, MD (active military exempt).

Preferred:

• Manufacturing experience, especially with extrusion or plastics.
• Basic computer skills.
