Machine Operator(s) - We currently have a position open on 2nd shift in our Panning department, for a Finn Coat Operator.

Summary

Responsible for taking ownership of assigned machinery and production goals. Ensures all company policies and food safety protocols are followed while collaborating with production management and QC team to identify and eliminate risks and meet production targets.

Physical Demands of the Position

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally lift over 75 pounds.

Candidate Qualifications

• Preferred: Some machine operating experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Food manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of scales and tape guns.
• Training in GMP, SSOP, HACCP, SQF, and all food safety protocols.
• Ability to ensure product quality meets requirements.
• Attention to detail, including verifying labels and packaging integrity.

Must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.

Shift Hours

2nd Shift: 2:00 pm to 12:00 am, Monday to Thursday. May require training on 1st shift.

Compensation & Benefits

$17.50 to $19.50/hr. DOE, plus shift differential. Full benefits, free life insurance, 7 paid holidays, paid vacation and sick time.
