Job summary

Donaldson Company in Baldwin, WI is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and operate metalworking machines to fabricate to specifications. This is a 2nd shift onsite role, with hours Monday - Thursday 3:15 p.m. to 1:15 a.m.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma/GED.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and inventory control is strongly desired.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand written/verbal instructions.
• Knowledge of general safety practices and metal properties.
• Ability to work with close tolerances and strong mechanical/mathematical skills.

The Machine Operator at our Baldwin, WI location is responsible for set up and operate metal working machines to fabricate to specifications. This is a 2nd shift onsite role, with hours Monday - Thursday 3:15 p.m. to 1:15 a.m.

Minimum Qualifications:

• have some press brake or sheet metal forming experience

Hourly Pay Range: $26.76

This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.

This position is eligible for a gainsharing plan based on the achievement of specific goals.
