Work Location & Shifts

3:00 PM - 1:30 AM, Monday-Thursday; overtime as needed

Pay

$20.00/hour plus benefits. Pay is specific to Stokesdale, NC.

Role Overview

The primary purpose of the Moulder Operator (Trainee) is to learn all aspects of moulding, including safety, quality, and customer specifications, and to execute these effectively.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols, including PPE, lockout/tagout, and area safety checks.
• Maintain machine safety and proper operation, including tooling handling and setup.
• Train crew members on safety and quality standards.
• Work efficiently under pressure and participate in preventive maintenance.
• Ensure machine setup and operation are completed before shift end.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9th-grade education, 18+ years old, with good hand-eye coordination, basic math, and ability to interpret specifications.
• Experience with safety procedures, operating saws and hand tools, and lockout/tagout is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift 35 lbs, stand for long periods, climb stairs, perform repetitive movements, and withstand temperature extremes and noise.
