Position Details

• Hours: 2nd shift: 3pm - 1am
• Pay: up to $19/hour plus shift differential
• Location: Red Wing, Minnesota

Responsibilities

• Measure, center, align, and position screens for proper operation.
• Examine products for ink smears, design placement, print clarity, color accuracy, or defects, and adjust equipment accordingly.
• Ensure proper supplies are used for printing.
• Monitor automatic feeding systems for maximum output.
• Perform preventive maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating equipment.
• Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to understand work instructions, perform basic math, and adjust machines and tools.
• Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, production, maintenance, or related fields preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools and foot pedals.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
