L&M Corrugated Container is hiring a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Platteville, WI. The role focuses on keeping production running safely and efficiently while meeting quality standards and customer expectations.

You will set up and operate production machinery, monitor performance, and work with a team to achieve daily goals. The company offers career growth, training, and a family-owned culture with strong internal promotions.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in the corrugated packaging industry is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and operate multiple types of production equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, production schematics, and detailed instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
