Job summary

L&M Corrugated Container is hiring reliable, motivated individuals for General Labor on 1st Shift. The role starts at $20.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule (5:30am–2:00pm). No manufacturing experience is required, and training is provided to help you grow into a long-term career.

As a General Labor team member, you’ll support our production team in delivering quality corrugated products. We promote from within and offer programs that boost attendance, profit sharing, tuition

Qualifications

• Production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and perform multiple job functions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Feed corrugated into production machines
• Assist with machine setups and changeovers
• Work with lead operators to keep production running efficiently
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Bundle and prepare finished orders
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Complete work orders based on production needs

What You’ll Do
