Job Title: Metal Tube End Forming Operator

Location: Neillsville, Wisconsin

Shift: 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 4:20 PM - 2:50 AM (Friday OT)

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Metal Tube End Forming Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll set up and operate end forming machines to shape and finish metal tubing to precise specifications. Tasks include slotting, trimming, flattening, bead formation, expanding, flaring, drilling, grinding, and deburring to ensure products meet customer specifications.

Experience in manufacturing is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate end forming machinery (e.g., ram, trim, flatten, bead, expand, flare, drill holes, grind, deburr)
• Read and interpret work orders and blueprints
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and maintain a clean work area
