Full Time Positions

Shift hours:

1. 2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm
2. 3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7am

Hourly rates range from $18-$22/hr plus a $1.00 shift differential, depending on the position.

Production Worker / Packaging Operator Responsibilities:

• Perform bagging and baler operations, maintaining ability to do both as directed by Shift Leads.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assist other production areas as needed.
• Move and wrap finished products.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for at least 7 hours per day.
• Help start and stop pellet mills, report any moisture or material issues to Shift Lead.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Bagging Operation:

• Operate bagging, baler, shrink wrapping machinery, forklifts, pallet jacks, and bag sealers.
• Stack bags on pallets, cover pallets, and organize finished goods in warehouse.
• Complete production reports accurately, fill pellet sample cups for quality control, and tag pallets with QC information.

The Baler Operation:

• Stack, seal, and wrap bales on pallets.
• Complete production reports, check bale weight, and record data on reports and tags.

Qualifications/Education:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Good hand-eye-foot coordination required.
• Must pass forklift training.
• Ability to read scales and perform simple math.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills beneficial.
