Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking dedicated team members to operate thermoforming and related machinery in a production environment. You will handle material checks, assist in assembly, and work with the team to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

The role emphasizes quality standards, efficient production, and flexibility with shift schedules, including 10-hour or 12-hour options. A strong safety mindset and teamwork approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment or similar machinery.
• Ability to perform material quality checks for width/length specs.
• Commitment to high quality standards and Timely production.
• Wamiliarity with safety protocols in a production environment.

Role Facts:

• Choose the schedule that works best for you! With 10-hour or 12 hour shifts available, Team members who choose working a 12-hour shift will earn an addition $2.00 per hour premium.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain thermoforming and compression machinery, drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential machinery to meet production needs
• Material Precision: Perform material quality checks to ensure proper width and length specifications, including specialized modifications as needed
• Enforce High Quality Standards: Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of high-quality products, adhering to company standards and timelines
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost
