Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Lithia Springs, GA, is seeking a production operator for an evening shift to support safe, efficient manufacturing. You will read production orders, operate and guide line staff, and ensure quality and productivity goals are met daily.

The role requires basic computer skills, familiarity with hand tools, and the ability to lift up to 100 lb repeatedly. A forklift/crane is a plus, with overtime and weekend flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience - understands and competent in all aspects of safe & efficient operation.
• Includes all line equipment, processes, and procedures.
• Detail and quality oriented.
• Verifiable dependability and energetic.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (Email, Internet, Excel, Word).
• Experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, and nail guns.
• Able to read a tape measure and other measuring devices.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds continually above shoulder height and below the waist.
• Forklift and crane a plus - must be trainable.
• Flexible with working overtime and weekends when needed.

JOB DETAILS

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Shift: 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday - Thursday (Friday as needed depending on work load)
