Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an on-site production operator in Lithia Springs, GA. The role requires operating machinery, reading orders, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

The position offers a 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM shift, Monday–Thursday with possible Friday workload, and full-time benefits starting day one, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience - understands and competent in all aspects of safe & efficient operation
• Read and understand a production order
• Detail and Quality Oriented
• Verifiable Dependability and Energetic
• Good Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Skills (Email, Internet, Excel, Word)
• Requires experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, and nail guns
• Able to read a tape measure and other measuring devices
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Forklift and Crane a plus - Must be trainable
• Flexible with working overtime and weekends when needed

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Shift:3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday - Thursday (Friday as needed depending on work load)
