Job summary

Towmaster, located in Litchfield, MN, is seeking a Machine Operator I to cut and manufacture parts in accordance with drawings and specifications, operate overhead hoists, and read blueprints.

You will set up equipment, use hand tools, measure with calipers, and monitor for defects while maintaining safety and quality controls.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior mechanical background is preferred, with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Reads computer job orders, job specifications and blueprints to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Measures workpiece dimensions with caliper, tape measure, or protractor to determine accuracy of machine operation.
