Job summary

ARCH Global Precision in Indianapolis is seeking motivated individuals to start a manufacturing career as CNC operators. No prior machining experience is required, as we provide comprehensive in-house training and hands-on instruction.

You will set up and operate CNC machines, read blueprints, troubleshoot, and collaborate with engineers to meet production goals. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and long-term growth within a stable manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: We train in house, no experience needed but is helpful.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Aptitude: Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment: Dedication to workplace safety procedures and a strong work ethic.
• Quality & Safety: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; follows safety and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and master CNC machines to produce components.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure quality.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and manage related inventory and production logs.
