• Ability to perform basic machine set-ups and adjustments

Responsibilities

• Perform CNC machine set-ups with guidance from leads or engineers

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CNC machine set‑ups with guidance from Leads or Engineers
• Install and adjust tooling and fixtures to support production requirements
• Load and verify CNC programs to ensure proper machine operation
• Make basic adjustments to offsets, speeds, and feeds to maintain quality standardsConduct in‑process inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Interpret blueprints and job orders to meet dimensional and tolerance requirements
• Identify machining or quality issues and elevate as needed
• Accurately record production data and inspection results
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and meet production goals
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of CNC machining experience or progression from a CNC Operator role
• Ability to perform basic machine set‑ups and adjustments
• Strong understanding of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Mechanical aptitude with strong problem‑solving skills
